Customer service team cannot be reached, i waited for ages placed on hold yet no luck and number is soo expensive,waited over 5 hours in total this week still no luck. I do feel like crying.the product when finally purchased was faulty.regret ever making the transaction.

Order placed for cot bed in May to be delivered less than 3 weeks later. As of today nothing delivered & very.co.uk people do not know where it is. Latest delivery date given is 2 months after original delivery date & 6 weeks !!! from the despatch date by the supplier.Must have gone for a worldwide de-tour!!!

The process you describe is exactly the same.. Wrexham DC etc etc then today, the 12th I got that dreaded delevery date planned. My question is to them planned with who? Certainly not me.

Apalling is not the word to describe them. I wish they could see this.
